FAQ β€” TruckloadPalletLiquidation

πŸš€ Getting Started

Do I need a business license to buy from TruckloadPalletLiquidation?

No business license is required. We serve both registered businesses and individual resellers, hobbyists, and side-hustlers. A business license can unlock wholesale tax exemptions in some states, but it's not required to create an account or place orders.

How do I create an account?

Click "Create Free Account" and fill out the registration form with your email, name, and basic business info (if applicable). Verification is instant for most accounts. Once approved, you'll have full access to browse inventory, view manifests, and place orders.

Is there a membership fee or subscription?

Absolutely not. Creating an account and browsing our inventory is 100% free. You only pay when you purchase a lot. No hidden fees, no monthly charges, no surprises.

Can I buy just one pallet, or do I need to buy a full truckload?

You can buy as little as one pallet or box lot. Many of our buyers start small to test the waters before scaling up. We offer single pallets, multi-pallet lots, half truckloads, and full truckloads to fit every budget and storage situation.

πŸ›’ Buying & Bidding

What's the difference between Buy Now and Auction?

Buy Now lets you purchase a lot instantly at a fixed price β€” no bidding, no waiting. Auction lets you place bids against other buyers. The highest bidder wins when the timer expires. Auctions can offer better prices, but Buy Now guarantees you get the lot.

How do auto-bids work?

Set your maximum bid and our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount, in the smallest increment needed to keep you in the lead. You'll only pay what it takes to win β€” never more than your max. You'll get email notifications if you're outbid.

Can I inspect a lot before buying?

Yes. Local buyers can schedule an appointment at our Dallas warehouse to inspect lots in person. For remote buyers, we provide detailed photos, video walkthroughs on request, and full SKU-level manifests so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit.

What is a manifest, and why does it matter?

A manifest is a detailed list of every item inside a pallet or truckload β€” including brands, SKUs, quantities, original retail prices, and condition grades. It matters because it lets you research resale value, estimate profit margins, and know exactly what you're buying before you spend a dime.

What do the condition grades mean?

We use a simple 3-grade system:

  • Grade A β€” Like new. Original packaging, minimal to no wear. Fully functional.
  • Grade B β€” Light use. Minor cosmetic marks or missing accessories. Fully functional.
  • Grade C β€” Repair/parts. Functional issues, damage, or incomplete. Sold as-is.

πŸ’³ Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfer (preferred for large orders), ACH bank transfer, business checks, and all major credit cards for orders under $5,000. Net-15 terms are available for established buyers with 3+ completed orders and positive payment history.

When do I need to pay for an auction I won?

Payment is due within 24 hours of winning an auction. If payment isn't received within that window, the lot may be offered to the next highest bidder and your account may be flagged for non-payment. We recommend setting up your payment method in advance to avoid delays.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. For truckload orders ($10,000+), we offer structured payment plans with a 50% deposit and the balance due before shipment. Contact our sales team to discuss terms. We also partner with third-party financing providers for qualified buyers.

Will I get a tax invoice?

Yes. A detailed tax invoice is emailed to you immediately after payment is confirmed. If you have a resale certificate on file, applicable sales tax will be waived. Make sure your tax ID is uploaded to your account profile.

🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. LTL freight typically takes 3–5 business days. Full truckloads are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your lot leaves our warehouse.

What shipping options are available?

We offer four shipping options:

  • LTL Freight β€” Best for 1–10 pallets. $180–$320 depending on distance.
  • Full Truckload β€” For 12+ pallets. Custom quote based on destination.
  • Local Pickup β€” Free at our Dallas, TX warehouse. Appointment required.
  • White Glove β€” Inside delivery + debris removal. Starting at $450.
Is shipping insurance included?

Yes. Every shipment includes basic freight insurance covering the full purchase value against loss or damage in transit. If you receive a damaged shipment, document it with photos before the driver leaves and contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Absolutely. Local pickup is free at our Dallas warehouse. Just schedule a pickup appointment after your order is confirmed. Bring a truck or trailer large enough for your lot, and our team will help load everything. Most pickups are ready within 24 hours of payment.

πŸ”„ Returns & Issues

What if the manifest doesn't match what I receive?

We stand by our manifests. If your delivery is off by more than 5% in unit count or contains items not listed on the manifest, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll issue a partial refund or credit toward your next purchase.

What if items arrive damaged?

All shipments are insured. If damage occurs during shipping, document it with photos before the driver leaves, note it on the BOL (Bill of Lading), and contact us within 24 hours. We'll work with the carrier to process your claim and get you made whole.

Do you accept returns?

Because liquidation inventory is sold at wholesale prices well below retail, all sales are final. However, we do offer account credits for manifest discrepancies or shipping damage. Our goal is to make sure every buyer is satisfied and comes back for more.

What is your manifest guarantee?

We guarantee that every lot will be within 5% of the stated unit count on the manifest and that all listed SKUs will be present. If we fail to meet this standard, we'll issue a prorated refund or account credit for the difference. This guarantee does not cover condition β€” that's why we grade every lot.

πŸ“¦ Selling Your Inventory

Can I sell my own inventory through TruckloadPalletLiquidation?

Yes. We work with retailers, manufacturers, and other liquidators to move excess inventory. Contact our sourcing team with details about your products, quantities, and condition. We'll provide a quote and handle everything from manifesting to fulfillment.

What types of inventory do you buy?

We purchase customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, closeouts, and end-of-life inventory across all major categories: electronics, home & garden, apparel, toys, health & beauty, sporting goods, and general merchandise. We do not accept hazardous materials, perishables, or counterfeit goods.

How quickly can you move my inventory?

Once we agree on terms and receive your inventory, most lots are listed and sold within 7–14 days. For large truckloads or specialized categories, we'll work with you on a custom timeline. We can also arrange same-day pickup from your warehouse if needed.
