Nope. While many of our buyers are registered businesses, we also serve individual resellers, hobbyists, and side-hustlers. A business license can unlock wholesale tax exemptions in some states, but it's not required to create an account or place orders.
We stand by our manifests. If your delivery is off by more than 5% in unit count or contains items not listed on the manifest, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll issue a partial refund or credit toward your next purchase.
Yes. Local buyers are welcome to schedule an appointment at our Dallas warehouse to inspect lots in person before purchasing. For remote buyers, we provide detailed photos, video walkthroughs (on request), and full SKU-level manifests so you know exactly what you're getting.
We accept wire transfer (preferred for large orders), ACH bank transfer, business checks, and all major credit cards for orders under $5,000. Net-15 terms are available for established buyers with 3+ completed orders and a positive payment history.
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. LTL freight typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Full truckloads are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your lot leaves our warehouse.
No. You can buy a single pallet, a box lot, or a full truckload — whatever fits your budget and storage capacity. Many of our buyers start with one pallet to test the waters before scaling up to larger orders.
